All right guys, here's the news you've all been waiting for! That's right, Free! - Iwatobi Swim Club will be joining the ranks of Crunchyroll's Summer simulcasts on Wednesday, July 3, at 12:15pm Pacific Time!
Free! - Iwatobi Swim Club will be available to Crunchyroll's audience in the following territories: USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Turkey, Latin America (Central and South America including Caribbean), Spain, and Portugal.
One of this summer’s most hotly anticipated titles, Free! – Iwatobi Swim Club finally makes its debut after months of speculation. Originating from what appeared to be simply a commercial from Animation Do and Kyoto Animation, many fans fervently hoped for a full-length anime from the production studio that had previously made hits such as K-ON! andThe Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
The plot revolves around a group of five high school boys who are all connected by their love of swimming: Haruka Nanase, Makoto Tachibana, Nagisa Hazuki, Rei Ryugazaki, and Rin Matsuoka. The boys are all voiced by an equally appealing cast of actors, with Nobunaga Shimazaki, known for his roles in Photo Kano and Say “I love you”, as Haruka, Tasuhisa Suzuki, also in Kuroko’s Basketball and Saint Seiya Omega, as Makoto, Tsubasa Yonaga from Chihayafuruand Cardfight!! Vanguard as Nagisa, Daisuke Hirakawa of Tono to Issho and Hiiro no Kakera as Rei, and Mamoru Miyano of Death Note and Steins;Gate fame as Rin.

Servant x Service is set to broadcast every Thursday starting on July 4 at 1 pm Pacific Time for audiences in the following territories: US, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Central and South America.
Karino Takatsu – the creator of Working!! (a.k.a. Wagnaria!!) – is set to release her second, soon-to-be-successful manga-to-anime adaptation with Servant x Service this season. This series will feature the voices talents from some of the best in the business with our three main protagonists being portrayed by Ai Kayano (Say, “I love you,” Guilty Crown,Chihayafuru), Mai Nakahara (Fairy Tail, AKB0048, Strawberry Panic!), and Tatsuhisa Suzuki (Uta no Prince-sama, Heaven’s Lost Property, Free!).
Moving on to our next Summer 2013 season announcements, Crunchyroll will be simulcasting Dog & Scissors, starting on Monday, July 1, 2013, starting from 12:30pm Pacific Time!
Dog & Scissors will be available to Crunchyroll audiences in the following territories: North America, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, The Netherlands, Scandinavia, Turkey, Central America, and South America.
Based off of light novel published in Japan as Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyo, Dog & Scissors is a mystery comedy series that centers around a book-loving high school boy named Kazuhito Harumi who is killed in the middle of a robbery, but is then resurrected again in the form of a dachshund dog. In his new form, he is adopted by a sadistic, scissors-wielding novelist, Kirihime Natsuno.
The cast includes prolific voice actor Takahiro Sakurai, Code Geass’ Suzaku Kururugi and Bleach’s Kira Izuru, among many others, as the main character Kazuhito, and equally prolific voice actress Marina Inoue, known for roles such as Yoko in Gurren Lagann and Armin Arlelt in this season’s Attack on Titan, as Kirihime. Production comes from Gonzo, known for hit titles such as LAST EXILE and Gankutsuou, with direction by Yukio Takahashi and writing by Toshizo Nemoto.
